To the left is a reception room with full-length double windows to the front. To the right of the hallway is the living room which has a wood burner and French windows to the rear garden. All these rooms have wooden flooring and doors.

From the hall there are two steps up to the impressive fitted kitchen with ceramic tile flooring, a large island and dining area. There is a six-ringed hob with extractor fan and double oven; an American-style fridge-freezer with water dispenser; and a built-in Zanussi coffee machine. There is a double sink and a third sink in the island. A sound system is fitted into the ceiling.

A stable door leads to the side of the house, and French windows with double full-length windows on each side lead to the rear garden.

Off the kitchen is the utility room with sink, Bosch washing machine, Bosch tumble dryer and oil-fired boiler for the central heating. There is access from here to the garage.

On the carpeted first floor there are five double bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath, heated towel rail and separate shower. The principal bedroom has French windows and a Juliet balcony; a dressing area with built-in and walk-in wardrobes; plus an ensuite shower room. Another bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and heated towel rail. All the rooms have wooden doors and all but one of the bedrooms have a fitted wardrobe or a storage space. There is an airing cupboard on the landing.
