As a small agency competing with estate agents across the UK, we are proud to announce that we have been awarded a Bronze prize in the UK Exceptional Estate Agency of the Year 2020 competition.

This annual View Agents prize for ‘Excellent Reputation’ is awarded solely on the basis of client feedback. What could be a better way of deciding such an award?

We are thrilled that our clients are pleased with the service we provide; so much so that many have taken the time to give us appreciative — and winning — feedback.

Impressed by her passion and commitment to delivering excellent service, the Ellacotts’ judges have awarded Sarka Wilde Business Person of the Year 2018 at the Cherwell Business Awards . What caught their attention in particular? It was a combination of the way Sarka has grown and developed her agency over the years, her plans for the future, and her ardent dedication to offering an outstanding service to both landlords and tenants alike.

Charlotte Houghton, Ellacotts Partner, who presented the award said, “Sarka’s passion for growing her business and the way she is committed to developing her staff was very impressive. We really liked the fact she is dedicated to looking after her tenants as well as her landlords. On top of an already busy schedule, Sarka’s constant drive to raise money for local good causes is incredibly inspiring and really made her stand out from the crowd.”

It was a very strong short list, and Sarka was both delighted and humbled to be chosen for the award. As she says, “I have always put my clients first, and have been focusing on maintaining our vision and mission as the business grows. So to be recognised for all that Distinct has achieved so far through this prestigious award is a tremendous privilege.”

For the third consecutive year, Distinct Property Consultants have won Exceptional Agency for Customer Service. What does this mean? It means that out of 11,000 rated agents across the country… Distinct were #1. Each rating is solely based on a client’s satisfaction.

As Sarka Wilde, MD and Founder of Distinct, explained, she is delighted that the effort the whole team puts in to go the extra mile for each client has been recognised. Every day, each person is committed to providing a positive experience for their customers. “My vision for the business has always been ‘customer service comes first’,” Sarka says. “As a team, we are very grateful to our clients for trusting us with their properties.”

Not only did Distinct win the ViewAgent national team award, but Sarka Wilde, the MD and founder of the agency, also won their Exceptional Agent national award too! This is a category that collates and rates personal reviews of a specific agent, rather than an entire firm. So Sarka definitely has a winning formula for running a successful agency and providing outstanding service to both tenants and landlords.

Sarka commented, ‘Since I started Distinct 5 years ago, we have been working really hard and it is incredible to see the recognition the firm has received. In truth the way I look at it, all awards, whether individual or agency, are down to the success of the team. They belong to all of us.”

My vision for the business has always been ‘ customer service first’. I am therefore really delighted for us to win second year consecutively and be awarded by RaterAgent as the Top 50 UK Agent of The Year 2016 for customer service. We ended up 44 out of almost 11,000 rated agents and this is purely based on our clients’ satisfastion.

Based on reviews from clients compared across raterAgent’s website, combined with ratings from elsewhere across the UK, the ‘raterAward’ recognises quality of service, as evidenced by 2015 customer feedback, which made Banbury based Distinct Property Consultantss the clear winner of the Oxfordshire category for 2015.
